Aim to provide our customers with the most creative solutions in the market.\n\nBe Responsible-Maintain an equitable relationship with our customers, employees, stakeholders and communities as we develop as a TEAM.\n\nBe Relentless-Demand more from yourself and the TEAM than you think is imaginable, this will drive change and only then will we achieve our goals.\n\n#WelcomeHomeToCreativeFoam\n\nMAJOR FUNCTION:\n\nAn Operator is responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of their assigned polyurethane (PU) Machine.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\n\nStart up the machines in a timely manner.\n\nParts coming off the line at the start of scheduled shift.\n\nInspect and verify the working condition of the PU machine and its assigned tooling for ISO, Poly, hydraulic, water and air leaks.\n\nPrepare and maintain the tooling for production.\n\nVerify the tools are cleaned and ready to shoot.\n\nWax preparation.\n\nMaintain correct machine parameter set points throughout the production shift.\n\nCross reference the check sheet posted on the line.\n\nEnsure that all necessary data is correctly entered into Plex and the line white board is properly filled out and maintained.\n\nEnsure that source inventories related to the molding operation are correctly labeled and maintained.\n\nMaterial Verification Process\n\nEnsure the assigned PU machine is producing foam that meets quality requirements and policies.\n\nPerform basic maintenance on the PU machine that ensures the foam meets quality requirement and policies.\n\nPressure adjustments, Orifice cleaning and turning tools on/off.\n\nEnsure that parts being produced during the molding operation are correctly labeled and maintained to quality requirements and policies.\n\nPICCI Process\n\n10. Alerts appropriate personnel of quality or equipment deficiencies in a timely manner.\n\n· Escalation process.\n\n11. Actively participates in continuous improvement activities.\n\n12. Maintains a clean work area and assists in maintaining the company 5S system.\n\n13. Follows Creative Foam / Dayton Molded Urethanes policies and procedures and promotes the organizations safety efforts.\n\n14. Positively reinforces production goals, standards, and work ethic in work area(s) as well as the entire facility.\n\n15.
