The Program Director partners closely with the COO and leadership to translate strategic goals into operational execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and support sustainable growth.\nThis role has direct responsibility for operational performance, staff productivity, service delivery efficiency, and financial outcomes, with a compensation structure tied to monthly business production.\nKey Responsibilities Operational Leadership\nOversee day-to-day operations across Tidewater Guided Paths programs and departments.\nEnsure operational alignment with organizational strategy, policies, and regulatory requirements (DMAS, DBHDS, and other applicable agencies).\nDevelop and implement operational systems, workflows, and performance standards to improve efficiency and service delivery.\nMonitor program capacity, staffing models, and productivity to meet business and clinical goals.\nFinancial & Business Performance\nCollaborate with the COO leadership to monitor monthly business production, revenue, and expense performance.\nEnsure programs meet or exceed established monthly and annual production targets.\nAnalyze operational data and financial reports to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.\nPerformance Management & Accountability\nEstablish clear operational KPIs tied to productivity, quality, compliance, and financial performance.\nHold program managers accountable for meeting monthly production and performance goals.\nLead regular operational reviews to assess progress against targets.\nSupport corrective action plans when programs fall below performance expectations.\nLeadership & Team Development\nProvide direct supervision and leadership to operations managers, and administrative leaders.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nSupport leadership development, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes.\nPartner with Human Resources to ensure staffing plans align with operational needs.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure operational practices comply with DMAS, DBHDS, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.\nSupport audits, licensing visits, and compliance reviews.\nCollaborate with Risk Management and Clinical Leadership to mitigate operational and compliance risks.\nCompensation Structure\nBase Salary: $80,000 annually\nBonus Structure Overview\nBonus eligibility is based on achievement of predefined monthly production benchmarks, operational KPIs, and organizational performance metrics.\nMonthly production performance will be reviewed and tracked throughout the year.\nBonus payouts may be distributed quarterly or annually, at the discretion of executive leadership.\nFailure to meet minimum production thresholds may reduce or eliminate bonus eligibility for the applicable period.\nQualifications Required\nMasters degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience, in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services.\nDemonstrated experience managing multi-program operations and driving business performance.\nStrong understanding of operational finance, productivity metrics, and performance management.\nKnowledge of DMAS and DBHDS regulatory environments preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrategic and operational leadership\nFinancial acumen and data-driven decision-making\nAccountability and performance management\nStrong communication and executive presence\nProblem-solving and change management\nThis job description reflects the operational and performance-driven expectations of the Program Director role at Guided Paths and may be updated to align with organizational growth and strategic priorities.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $75,000.00 -
