This role will focus on cash and bill processing, expense report management, and process documentation updates. As a member of the Tiger Team, you will contribute to a collaborative environment dedicated to efficiency and accuracy.\r\nKey ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cash processing activities, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.\r\nProcess weekly vendor bills and invoices, verifying proper approvals and coding.\r\nReview and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.\r\nParticipate in key business initiatives\r\nUpdate and maintain process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.\r\nCollaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders.\r\nQualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).\r\n02 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function preferred.\r\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\r\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.\r\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\r\nCompensationThe annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $53,000 - $74,000.
