Please let me know if you or any of your friends would be interested in this position.Position Details:Interim Outpatient Nursing Services Manager- Moab, UTLocation : Moab, UT 84532Project Duration : 13 WeeksSalary Range : $70/hr to $75/hrShift : Monday – FridayJob SummaryThe Interim Outpatient Nurse Manager (OPNS) is a working manager position responsible for managing outpatient nursing staff and overseeing overall program operations. Responsibilities include quality control, compliance, financial oversight, outreach marketing, clinical oversight, and administrative on-call support for hospital departments as part of nursing leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage OPNS staff and oversee department operationsDevelop and maintain department policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with state and federal outpatient infusion and nursing treatment regulationsPromote outpatient treatment services and build provider referral relationshipsSupport development of Oncology, Infusion, and Wound Care programsMaintain current knowledge of Oncology, Infusion, and Wound Care best practices and staff educationUnderstand prior authorization, coding, and billing proceduresEducate patients and families regarding care plans and post-discharge programsCoordinate onboarding and orientation for new hiresMaintain departmental financial oversight including budgets and monthly financialsProvide administrative on-call support as part of nursing leadershipRequirementsMinimum 2 years Oncology Nursing experience REQUIREDONS Certification REQUIREDBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursingCurrent RN licensure in the State of UtahCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsMinimum 3 years recent RN experiencePrior supervisory and/or leadership experience preferredExperience with electronic health records requiredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage confidential information professionallyAbility to handle stressful situations calmly and effectivelyPreferred QualificationsCertified Wound Care Nurse preferredInfusion certification preferredTo discuss this amazing opportunity, reach out to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Nikhil Sai at email address can be reached on # (630) 576-1935.About generis tek: generis tek is a boutique it/professional staffing based in Chicago land.
