We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with strong expertise in high-performance SoC platforms to support BSP development, low-level driver customization, and HW/SW debugging activities.Key ResponsibilitiesWork on embedded projects using high-performance SoCs such as Qualcomm or RenesasDevelop, customize, and maintain BSP and low-level drivers (I2C, SPI, Camera, Display, etc.)Bring-up and debug embedded platforms running Linux or QNXPerform HW/SW debugging, including software flashing, JTAG debugging, and root-cause analysisRead and interpret hardware schematicsPerform electrical measurements using multimeter and oscilloscopeCollaborate with hardware, validation, and system teams to resolve integration issuesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience with Qualcomm or Renesas SoCsHands-on experience with Linux or QNX embedded operating systemsProven expertise in BSP and low-level driver developmentExperience with JTAG debugging and software flashing toolsAbility to read schematics and perform board-level debuggingStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsNice to Have (Bonus Skills)Android platform experiencePython scripting for automation or debuggingALTEN Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
