The Material Handler works closely with the Team Lead and is expected to proactively identify issues, resolve inefficiencies, and recommend performance improvements.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n1 25% Ability to work with the line supervisor and other management to identify and pull the correct raw product.\n2 20% Ensure timely delivery of raw materials to production lines\n3 15% Manage collection and proper disposal of waste from lines\n4 10% Support production and packing associate with materials and supplies\n5 10% Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouses and staging areas\n6 10% Monitor inventory of packing materials and communicate shortages\n7 5% Enforce safety and cleanliness standards within the warehouse\n8 5% Collaborate with Team Lead on process improvements and labor allocation\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nEducation\nPrefer High School or GED but not required.\nExperience\n1-2 years in warehouse or inventory control, including leadership or lead-hand experience (required).
