And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model .\n\nJob Description\n\nKey Responsibilities May Include:\n\nAnalyze complex, high-volume data from various sources using diverse tools and techniques to derive actionable insights.\nDevelop and maintain high-quality standardized outputs, including visualizations and dashboards, that translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights.\nRespond to ad-hoc analysis requests by developing new reports or dashboards as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevance.\nSupport the ongoing delivery of regular KPI reports, maintaining accuracy and relevance to business needs.\nSynthesize analytical findings into meaningful insights, presenting data in an easy-to-understand format for diverse business audiences.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making.\nContinuously seek to improve reporting processes by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insight generation.\nProvide technical support and training on analytical tools and methodologies to empower business stakeholders in their use of data-driven insights.\n\nJOB DESCRIPTION\n\nYou will make a tangible impact on our internal and external customers by building data-driven solutions and providing high impact analytical insights and recommendations. You will be a trusted advisor and empowered to put Customer at the heart of decision making, and an ambassador for Data Analytics across Digital and the wider Data Analytics Community\n\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\n• Utilize your inquisitive mindset, analytical skills & ask the right questions to understand complex business challenges\n• Develop and implement analytics aligned with the business needs and in accordance with best practices\n• Use Statistical experience and Business knowledge to solve complex business challenges\n• Interrogate, manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and analytical techniques\n• Build engaging and interactive visualizations using state of the art methods\n• Provide and concisely communicate high quality deep dive analysis with clear recommendations and actionable insight\n• Collaboratively work within a squad to deliver solutions by defining and designing Data Analytics tasks (for example, data requirements, output, success criteria, timescales)\n• Provide guidance on KPIs and best practice in reporting and analytical problem solving\n• Embed data analytics in Product solutions\n\nSKILLS\n• Experience in turning data into insight and recommendations for action.\n• Working across structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, extracting information, and identifying linkages across disparate data sets\n• Experience in clearly communicating (verbal and written) Insight to technical and non-technical Stakeholders\n• 1-3+ years of Data Analytics experience\n• SQL\n• BI tools such as QlikView, Tableau, or Power BI\n• Understanding of Python or transferrable coding languages\n\nWe will consider candidates ranging from recent graduates to those with more experience.
