Our systems detect issues using signals across fragmented systems, automate decisions at scale, and help restaurants run with minimal manual intervention, helping owners focus on their passion: making great food and delighting their customers.\nThis team owns ordering, fulfillment, restaurant operations including guest relationship management, and kitchen workflows – systems directly in the critical path for restaurant revenue and a stellar guest experience.\nWe're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, who cares deeply about the product experience and has the range to own it end-to-end. You'll build mission-critical software systems that directly impact restaurant revenue and reputation.\nThis role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States and Canada.\nOur Tech Stack\nFrontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript\nMobile: React Native\nBackend: Node.js, TypeScript\nDatabases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL\nTypeScript everywhere\nThe impact you'll have\nBuild autonomous restaurant operations software and innovate new interaction models between operators and software\nWork on mission-critical systems that directly impact guest experience with our product, restaurant revenue and reputation\nBuild systems in a domain with rich real-time data loops with immediate customer feedback, and have a direct impact on Owner’s revenue trajectory by greatly reducing support tickets and churn\nDemonstrate extreme ownership across workflows spanning ordering, kitchens, delivery, and fulfillment\nWhat we're looking for\n3+ years of software engineering experience, with meaningful time shipping customer-facing product features\nExperience with our frontend stack (React, Next.js) and/or backend stack (Node.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL)\nExperience building systems end-to-end.
