You will be working with a high-performing agile team leading, designing and implementing business solutions that involve an enterprise Receivership Management suite of applications.\n\nPosition is available in Northern VA, requires US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nAdvise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.\nAccountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations.\nSupervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with standards and client needs.\nBA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer, developing code and managing projects using required technology stack (see below).\nExpert knowledge of software tools, platforms, and processes required to support the associated technology as indicated in Appendix\nExpert knowledge of databases and related tools and utilities (as applicable above); problem solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment.\nAdvanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.\nTechnology Stack:\nRequired\nJava, Oracle, WebLogic and WebSphere, Business Objects\nPreferred\nAzure\nDocumentum (ECM/records integration)\nRequired:\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field\n5+ years of experience designing enterprise IT applications\nHands on experience in Technology Stack above\nExcellent understanding and experience with Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security and Systems Modernization\nExperience with Agile SDLC and tools\nAbility to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadership\nInnovative, results-oriented and focused on delivering on time and with quality\nIf you are interested and feel that you would excel in the position, we invite you to apply.
