Roskam Foods produces and packages food products with the goal of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations for quality, safety, and wholesomeness.\nKey Responsibilities Follow all elements of Food Safety to ensure GMP, HACCP and proper packaging standards are met.\nTrained in HACCP and will know designated CCP’s for the line they are working on.\nAcknowledge, understand, and follow GMP principles at all times.\nResponsible for all tasks designated by line Foreman.\nProperly use checkweigher and metal detectors & X-Ray Machines.\nUnderstand how the machine works and basic troubleshooting techniques.\nSuccessfully complete all required paperwork for their line with assistance from Foreman, Supervisor and Quality Tech.\nEnsure the machine is clean and inspect all equipment before and after product run.\nCommunicate clearly and directly with other Production leadership and other departments.\nMust be flexible with schedule and be available as needed.\nAny other work deemed necessary by Foreman or Supervisor.\nMust follow all SOP and SSOP’s and be the example for all employees.\nTrain new/current employees on all equipment with Foreman and Supervisor oversight.\nMust be proficient in running the following jobs/equipment including, but not limited to\nEquipment List Filler\nSealer\nEnd of Line\nStacker\nScanner\nMixer/Oil Operator\nSSK Filler\nSSK Unloader Cartoners\nCase Erectors\nWrappers\nBaggers\nEnrobers\nBatching Equipment\nHilo operation\nCompensation and Benefits Roskam Foods offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and a 401 (k) plan with company match.\nAAP/EEO Statement Roskam Foods is a recognized veteran-friendly and equal opportunity employer.
