Job Summary: The Powersports Sales Manager is responsible for leading our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven leader who thrives in a competitive retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, team management skills, and a passion for Powersports. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth. Foster a customer-centric culture that ensures a positive buying experience. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Powersports products and industry trends. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal product availability. Provide regular performance feedback and conduct evaluations for sales staff. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Powersports, automotive, or related industries. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving profitability. Passion for Powersports and a deep understanding of the industry. Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
