Participants will gain hands-on experience in Business Strategy, Operations, and Portfolio/Product Management, while building a foundation for future roles in general management and enterprise leadership.\n\nThis program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving transformation in industrial technology, and who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments.\n\nProgram Structure\n\nImmersion Phase (3 months):\nBegin with comprehensive onboarding, customer engagement, and site visits to gain a deep understanding of Flowserve’s business, culture, and global footprint.\nRotational Assignments (2 x 12 months):\nParticipants will complete two tailored rotations in areas such as:\nStrategic Planning & Business Transformation\nProduct Portfolio & Lifecycle Management\nOperational Excellence & Supply Chain Strategy\nLeadership Development:\nEngage in enterprise-wide strategic projects, receive executive mentorship, and participate in leadership development programming designed to prepare you for future roles in general management.\nLocation:\nInitial placements in Houston or Dallas are preferred.
