We’re hiring a Director of Senior Living (Charlotte, NC)We own two independent living communities in North Carolina and are looking for a strong leader to help elevate performance, culture, and long-term positioning.This role is based in Pineville (Charlotte area) and will:Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support existing team culture and executionPartner with an experienced Executive Director who continues to lead operationsSupport performance improvement, consistency, and accountabilityBring a strategic lens to pricing, market positioning, and occupancyThis is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on in a community while also contributing at a more strategic level.Ideal background:Senior living, hospitality, or multi-unit operationsExperience improving performance and leading teamsComfortable working through influence and collaboration
