Accountant Location:Oak Creek, WI (On-site) Job Type:Permanent; Full-time Salary:$55,000-$75,000A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-orientedAccountantto join its accounting team. This role supports core accounting functions in a highly regulated, production-driven environment and offers strong visibility to leadership with opportunity for growth.Responsibilities: Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist with inventory accounting and analysis Partner with operations to ensure accurate financial reporting Support audit preparation and compliance requirements Contribute to process improvement initiatives within accounting and finance Accounts payable and Accounts ReceivableQualifications: 2+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP Experience with Quickbooks Proficiency in Excel Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work onsite and collaborate cross-functionallyWhy This Role?
