The position is responsible for conducting physical inventories, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring products are correctly handled, processed, and staged for shipment per customer requirements and company standards.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nAccurately perform physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and receipt audits promptly.\r\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including overages and shortages.\r\nAssist with the assembly of finished goods, including repackaging, damage processing, inventory adjustments, and relabeling.\r\nIdentify and report outdated, expired, or damaged inventory for appropriate resolution.\r\nSet up pick locations for products.\r\nOperate forklift and other powered equipment as needed.\r\nAdhere to all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).\r\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; report any safety concerns or product damage to a supervisor.\r\nActively participate in required safety training and adhere to company policies at all times.\r\nWhat We're Looking For\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\r\nMinimum 1 year of warehouse distribution experience preferred.\r\nAbility to communicate effectively and clearly in both verbal and written forms.\r\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and collaborative with a willingness to support team development.\r\nStrong basic math skills.\r\nProficiency in reading and interpreting safety rules and standard operating procedures.\r\nWillingness and ability to learn new technologies.\r\nA Bit About Us\r\nBatteries Plus is the nation's largest and fastest-growing battery, light bulb, phone repair, and key fob replacement franchise with a nationwide network of over 720 stores.
