Robot welder rechnician

Job Description The Robot Welder Technician is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the optimal performance of welding robot. This role focuses on troubleshooting, quality inspection, and assisting with programming to support efficient robotic welding operations. Working as an individual contributor, the technician will primarily engage with welding robot using proprietary software with no travel required. ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance on welding robotsTroubleshoot mechanical and software issues in robotic welding systemsConduct quality inspections to ensure weld integrityAssist with programming and calibration of welding robots using proprietary softwareSet up equipment for robotic welding operations Preferred Qualifications2+ years experience in robotic welding maintenanceFamiliarity with robotic welding systemsKnowledge of welding processes such as MIG and TIGStrong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitudeExcellent problem-solving skills
