We are seeking a high-energy, goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and expand our client base in the manufacturing sector.Position Summary:As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturing clients. You will sell staffing solutions, including contract-to-hire and direct hire services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in B2B sales, staffing, or manufacturing, and a passion for creating strong client partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing industryConduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needsBuild and manage a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing initiativesDevelop customized staffing proposals and negotiate service agreementsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry changesTrack activities and performance using CRM toolsQualifications:2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing or manufacturingStrong understanding of the manufacturing industry and labor needsProven ability to meet or exceed sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and organizedFamiliarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteValid driver’s license and reliable transportationWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + commissionHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysSupportive and energetic team environmentOpportunities for career advancement
