The role troubleshoots plant systems, recognizes hazards and makes repairs on daily plant patrols while being proficient with plant systems repairs as well as assists with training of other Operators. Example: Compressors, Rotating Equipment, Electronic Instrumentation (Pressure, Temperature, and Flow Transmitters).What makes us greatAt the heart of our Company is a dedication to delivering energy that drives progress. We put people first, work to keep them safe and build trusting relationships.What you'll be working on...Makes control changes with approval in the field as necessary to ensure smooth overall operationsAdjusts set points of regulators or relief valves, compressors, rotating equipment, electronic instrumentation (pressure, temperature, and flow transmitters).Conducts visual scheduled safety/security rounds of the outside facility to ensure parameters are within the safe and secure operating envelopes.Complies with all facility safety, environmental and health requirements to meet company standards.Monitors all plant equipment (oil levels, vibration, etc.) and corrects/repairs or reports problems.Troubleshoots, calibrates and maintains plant control and monitoring systems.Obtains internal Qualifications and qualifies others on Plant Operations procedures.Performs equipment inspection, maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and diagnoses of plant equipment and systems.Assists the business unit with calibration of Electronic Instrumentation (pressure and temperature transmitters).Assists the business unit with required maintenance of regulators and relief valves.Who you are...One (1) year of operational natural gas experience, processing plant experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentStandard driver's licenseKnowledge of Electronic InstrumentationDemonstrated mechanical and electrical knowledge and repair abilitiesBasic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.Strong verbal, written communicationStrong organization skillsAbility to troubleshoot and repair measurement instruments and equipmentAbility to interact positively and effectively in a team environmentBenefits/what's in it for you?Flexible work arrangementCompetitive base salaryFantastic opportunities for career growthCooperative, supportive, and empowered team atmosphereAnnual bonus and salary increase opportunitiesMonthly recognition eventsEndless wellness initiatives and community eventsRobust and customizable benefit packages-choose what works best with your life.
