Security Officer - Mobile Patrol

Location: Fort Morgan, CO 80701 Employment Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Position OverviewCitadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Mobile Patrol Officer for overnight coverage in the Fort Morgan area. The role involves checking multiple construction sites during each shift, keeping track of site conditions, and helping ensure that equipment and materials remain secure after hours. This position works best for someone who can stay on task without close supervision, follow a routine, and remain alert throughout the night. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete patrol checks at assigned construction sites Drive between locations using a company-approved vehicle Look for unauthorized entry, damage, or safety concerns Stay aware of surroundings and report anything unusual Keep accurate patrol logs and write incident reports when needed Communicate updates or issues to supervisors or dispatch Follow site instructions and company policies during each shift Minimum QualificationsValid driver's license required Safe driving record and ability to operate a vehicle during patrols Reliable attendance and ability to work overnight weekday shifts Comfortable working independently for extended periods Basic written and verbal communication skills Preferred ExperienceBackground in mobile patrol, security, or a related role Familiarity with construction site environments Work EnvironmentPatrol-based position covering multiple outdoor construction sites Combination of driving and short on-site checks Overnight schedule requiring steady attention and awareness Equal Opportunity EmployerCitadel Security USA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
