Manager - IP Implementations & Remote Deposit Services

Position OverviewFull Time, Permanent Manager – IP Implementations and Remote Deposit Services (RDS). Must be local to Plano, TX.ResponsibilitiesThis role provides direct oversight of the Item Processing Implementation and Remote Deposit Services teams. Key duties include:Staff development, leadership and management.Item processing product implementation, project management and support (share draft and deposit related).Remote deposit products implementation and project management across Branch/Teller, Integrated Teller, Business, ATM/ITM and Mobile capture.Ongoing technical product support for credit unions.Software testing, bug fixes, enhancements, system upgrades and deployments.New product launches and development.Vendor relationship management.Pre-sales support, collaboration and discovery.Bills and expense management.Data analysis and reporting.Training for internal departments, corporate partners and credit unions.Subject Matter Expert functions and marketing support for remote deposit products.Regular reporting to upper management.Availability for extended hours, weekends or after-hours support as required.QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.5-10 years of credit union or banking experience.Excellent team leadership experience and ability to collaborate with others.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong PC skills.Project management experience.Strong background in customer service with excellent oral and written communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.Self-motivated and driven.Additional Skills and ExperienceNCP certification.BenefitsTime Away: Federal holidays, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and volunteer time.401(k) retirement savings plan with matching and company contributions.Flexible health and insurance options (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, Supplemental Life and AD&D).
