If you have a love for coffee, an eye for detail, and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nAs a barista at Native Fields LLC, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding coffee and specialty drinks to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:\n\nPreparing high-quality espresso drinks quickly and consistently, even during busy service.\nDialing in espresso and maintaining drink consistency with strong attention to presentation and quality.\nShowcasing your latte art skills (preferred) to enhance the guest experience.\nDeveloping creative seasonal coffee and specialty drink recipes.\nMultitasking between drink preparation, taking orders, restocking, and cleaning.\nKeeping the barista station clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.\nFollowing recipes and portion standards to ensure consistency.\nCollaborating with our Front of House (FOH) and kitchen teams to create a seamless workflow.\nEngaging with guests in a friendly, outgoing manner to make them feel welcome.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nTo thrive in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:\n\nAt least 3 years of barista experience with strong espresso and coffee knowledge.\nComfortable dialing in espresso and maintaining consistent quality.\nCreative mindset and a passion for developing unique coffee and drink offerings.\nExcellent multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.\nReliable, punctual, and able to work independently.\nComfortable standing for long periods and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.\nMust have reliable transportation and consistent weekend availability.\nA valid Food Handler Card (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).\nWhy Join Native Fields LLC?\n\nAt Native Fields LLC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and service in everything we do.
