{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a101718c872c80f0d8e93347","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a101718c872c80f0d8e93347","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a101718c872c80f0d8e93347","title":"Program Analyst","description":"Overview:\nBowhead seeks a Program Analyst to perform a variety of program support functions to the CECOM Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD).\nResponsibilities:\n\nProvide program analysis support to Weapon Systems Managers (WSMs) in support of Foreign Military Sales Cases.\nMaintain records, update spreadsheets, trackers, and taskers.\nPull reports and data from DOD and FMS databases.\nWork with team members and outside agencies to identify discrepancies and track down resolutions and answers.\nVerify accuracy of reporting information and work to determine what data is missing or inaccurate.\nInitiate and resolve reporting discrepancies.\nTrack changes to FMS cases, summarizing significant activities for management reports.\nSupport tasks, including proving back-up assistance for report generation and data input.\nCompile source documents to support visibility and tracking of FMS case execution.\nUpdate and maintain internal databases and Excel spreadsheets\nTrack deliverables and financial data.\nDeveloping and implementing logistics program activities including, support for purchases, transfer, and leases of weapon systems, and technical documentation.\nData entry and reporting reviews\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree (preferred) and 0-5+ years of relevant experience\nExperience working in different types of database systems.\nPrior DOD experience preferred.\nExperienced with Microsoft Office software suite, in particular Excel\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.\nHighly organized with the ability to see both the details and the big picture.\nCommitment to quality customer service and customer’s needs with a dedicated attitude that ensures mission success.\nPosition requires travel, including OCONUS\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 15 to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.\n\nThe pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
