Claims Administrative Assistant
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant III-Claims to provide administrative support to the claims team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the manager and team, including maintaining files and managing records
Support data maintenance and reporting by collecting data and developing departmental spreadsheets
Handle paper claims by receiving, documenting, and determining the appropriate processing method
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant experience, or a two-year business administration program with two years of related experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Knowledge of office management techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Experience in data entry and record maintenance
Ability to analyze and interpret policy and procedural guidelines
