Aspen SCM experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong experience in comparable planning platforms are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, develop, and enhance supply chain planning and scheduling solutions based on business requirements.Build and maintain planning models, calculations, business rules, workflows, constraints, heuristics, and custom logic.Develop solutions supporting Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning, Capacity Planning, and Scheduling.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and planning models.Participate in solution design, configuration, development, SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.Troubleshoot and resolve planning model, configuration, application, data, and integration issues.Support production releases, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing application maintenance.Collaborate with business stakeholders, supply chain planners, solution architects, developers, and integration teams.Support data integration, ETL processes, APIs, and interfaces between planning platforms and enterprise applications.Analyze planning model performance and recommend improvements to calculations, business rules, algorithms, and configurations.Validate planning data, master data, demand/supply inputs, inventory, capacity, and production information.Develop technical documentation, configuration documents, test cases, and user guides.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on supply chain planning, scheduling, optimization, and operational efficiency.Required Skills & Experience3+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or developing advanced supply chain planning solutions.Experience with one or more of the following:Aspen Supply Chain Management (SCM) – Highly PreferredKinaxis RapidResponseSAP IBPo9 SolutionsOracle Supply Chain PlanningBlue Yonder / JDAStrong understanding of:Demand PlanningSupply PlanningInventory ManagementMRPProduction PlanningProduction SchedulingCapacity PlanningS&OP / IBPForecasting and replenishmentSupply-demand balancingExperience developing/configuring planning models, business rules, calculations, constraints, heuristics, or optimization logic.Strong technical skills in SQL / SQL Server, Python, scripting, data modeling, ETL, and/or API integrations.Experience with system integration, data interfaces, and enterprise application connectivity.Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and production support.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of Linear Programming, Optimization, Operations Research, or advanced scheduling is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a technically strong supply chain professional who can bridge business planning requirements and technical solution development.
