OverviewApplied Intellect is seeking experienced PeopleSoft Financial Functional Analysts to support a large-scale PeopleSoft Financials environment. This position will support implementation projects, system enhancements, financial upgrades, production support activities, and modernization initiatives.The selected candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, system integrators, and leadership to support PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 and related modules. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, workflow analysis, documentation, testing, production support, and project implementation activities.This is a full-time, temporary position funded through a client contract with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2027. Employment is expected to continue through the duration of the contract and may be extended based on contract modifications, renewals, business needs, and available work.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft Financials 9.2 applications.Support implementation projects, system upgrades, enhancements, and production support activities.Participate as a core project team member and perform both lead and support roles on assigned initiatives.Maintain configuration standards and ensure compliance with established accounting procedures, policies, and business requirements.Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications.Collaborate with Business Analysts, System Analysts, System Integrators, Oracle support teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.Support the following PeopleSoft Financial modules:GrantsProject CostingContractsAccounts ReceivableBillingAccounts PayableTravel and ExpenseTreasuryGeneral LedgerCommitment ControlAsset ManagementAnalyze, document, and improve business processes and workflows.Develop and maintain manuals, job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), configuration documentation, and training materials.Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, test plans, and testing documentation.Support testing activities related to patches, fixes, and PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) upgrades.Maintain PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) scripts and testing processes.Identify project risks, issues, and obstacles and provide recommendations to project leadership.Provide timely production support and issue resolution.Prepare weekly status reports and project updates.Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned.All of the above duties and responsibilities are essential job functions subject to reasonable accommodation.
