We specialize in electronic and structural systems, producing complex products and components for commercial aircraft platforms, mission-critical military and space programs, and sophisticated industrial applications.\nOur Facility in Appleton, WI manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense as well as Industrial and Medical Industries.\nJob Summary\nDevelop, maintain, and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to support customer demand and company objectives.\nBalance customer requirements, production capacity, material availability, and inventory levels to optimize manufacturing performance.\nCollaborate with Sales, Program Management, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to establish realistic production schedules.\nAnalyze demand forecasts and customer orders to identify scheduling risks and capacity constraints.\nLead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and scheduling review meetings.\nCoordinate new product introductions (NPI) into production while minimizing disruption to existing manufacturing schedules.\nPartner with Materials Management to ensure timely material availability and minimize shortages.\nMonitor and improve key planning metrics including, on-time delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, manufacturing throughput, inventory turns, work-in-progress, and past due work orders.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling, planning processes, and ERP system utilization.\nMaintain accurate planning parameters within the ERP/MRP system.\nSupport customer escalations by developing recovery schedules and communicating realistic commitments.\nPrepare and present production and scheduling performance reports to senior leadership.\nLead and develop production planners and scheduling personnel.\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nAbility to read and understand load plans\nAbility to read and understand production drawings\nBasic component identification skills\nAbility to build electronic assemblies\nRequired Experience and Education\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
