The Custom Applicator will be dispatched out of Ault, Colorado and work within 50 miles of the shop.\n\nC & H Solutions provides multiple services: solids control, fabrication and welding, trucking, engineering, dirt construction, custom farming and more! If you are an individual who enjoys a variety of work and wants to join a growing team, we want to hear from you!\n\nCustom Applicator Compensation & Benefits:\n\n$30-35 per hour\nPaid weekly\nHealth Insurance\nDental Insurance\nVision Insurance\nLife and AD&D\nHSA, FSA Medical and Childcare, HRA\n401K\nPaid Holidays\nPTO\nSafety-toed boot allowance\nCustom Applicator job duties:\n\nSpread liquid manure on customer fields using a spreader or drag lines\nSafely operate a tractor with liquid tankers/implements attached\nAbility to set up a pump and hose for load in/out\nOperate and utilize GPS on the tractor systems for efficient field operations\nAssist with solids control at contracted Dairy Facilities\nOperate agitation equipment as needed to blend materials\nEffectively communicate and work within a team environment\nCheck fluids, grease, inspect equipment and report maintenance issues to Supervisor and Maintenance Department\nWear all required PPE while on the job\nMaintain machinery and equipment in a clean, organized, and operational condition\nCustom Applicator Schedule:\n\nMonday - Saturday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM\nThe ideal applicant would be reliable, detail-orientated and a team player. The Custom Applicator must have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable driving record as reflected by MVR.
