With a strong presence in Ohio and rapid growth across the U.S., we're building something that matters.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nExecute outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting relevant departments\r\nEngage prospects through DMs, comments, content sharing, and personalized outreach\r\nSend and track direct mail campaigns to targeted government agencies\r\nBuild and maintain lead lists and workflows in HubSpot\r\nReferral & Relationship Building\r\nWork with existing ezJustice customers to uncover referral opportunities across departments and neighboring jurisdictions\r\nMaintain a consistent, professional follow-up cadence to convert referrals into active leads\r\nConference Engagement & Networking\r\nAttend industry conferences and trade shows across the country\r\nActively work the floor—don't just wait at the booth\r\nBuild relationships through conversations, sessions, after-hours events, dinners, and customer appreciation activities\r\nHelp identify new conference opportunities and potential partner relationships with aligned vendors\r\nQualify leads and conduct initial discovery conversations\r\nGive high-level product overviews when needed\r\nHand off warm leads to the senior sales team for full demonstrations\r\nManage follow-ups post-demo to advance deals or provide additional information\r\nMaintain accurate records in HubSpot, including lead status, activity logs, and next steps\r\nComplete tasks and follow-up reminders to ensure leads stay warm\r\nReport weekly metrics (emails sent, conversations, demos booked, etc.)\r\nWork closely with marketing on messaging alignment and outbound strategy\r\nProvide real-time feedback on outreach performance, objections, and prospect needs\r\nStay up to date on product updates and customer success stories\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or outreach role (preferably in SaaS, govtech, or public sector)\r\nProficiency in LinkedIn and CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\r\nComfortable initiating conversations and building relationships online and in person\r\nWillingness to travel regularly for conferences and in-person events\r\nPerks and Benefits\r\nCompetitive salary between 60K - 90K plus a tiered accelerator commission structure.\r\nComprehensive health, dental, vision benefits, and additional policies for financial security.\r\n401K with match, profit sharing, 8 paid holidays plus personal time off.\r\nFlexible work arrangements, including hybrid work options.\r\nOpportunities for professional growth and development.\r\nEngaging and inclusive company culture.\r\nIf you're a relationship-builder who enjoys proactive outreach, connecting with decision-makers, and being on the front lines of justice system transformation, we'd love to talk.
