In this role, you will partner with customers to drive both technical adoption and meaningful business transformation through DTN’s solutions.This role blends consultative leadership, solution architecture, implementation expertise, and industry knowledge to help customers optimize commercial and operational processes within their broader technology landscape. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to design scalable solutions, guide organizational change, and ensure customers realize long-term value from DTN’s platform offerings.What You Will Be Responsible ForLead discovery sessions with executive, operational, commercial, and technical stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation goalsServe as a technical authority during pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including delivery planning, estimation, SoW development, and contractingGuide customers through process and organizational changes required for successful solution adoptionBuild trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders through consultative guidance and coachingTranslate business objectives and technical requirements into scalable solution blueprints, integration strategies, configurations, and data migration approachesSupport configuration and implementation activities to meet complex business requirementsPartner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomesProvide implementation best practices, knowledge transfer, and adoption guidanceCapture customer feedback and lessons learned to improve implementation methodologies and playbooksAdvocate for customer priorities internally to help influence DTN’s roadmap and service approachMentor junior team members on solution architecture and delivery best practicesWhat You Will Bring To The Position7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS solution architecture, solution engineering, implementation, onboarding, or consulting rolesStrong customer-facing experience leading complex technology and business transformation initiativesExperience leading customers through the full project lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and value realizationStrong consultative, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with executive and operational stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholder groups simultaneouslyExperience with integration approaches, APIs, data-driven workflows, and enterprise system architectureDeep understanding of cloud architecture platforms such as AWS or AzureKnowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and integration patternsExperience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database technologiesUnderstanding of microservices architecture and modern development practicesKnowledge of security and compliance best practices including SOC 2 and GDPRBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferredWhat Will Make You Stand OutExperience in refined fuels, agribusiness, weather-sensitive industries, or related operational marketsExperience driving process improvement and digital transformation initiativesBackground working within complex SaaS product ecosystems or enterprise customer environmentsWhat You Can Expect From DTNCompetitive SalaryUnlimited PTOFlexible working hoursRemote work model (position dependent)Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)CompensationThe targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $102,000 and $136,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
