Of course, you’ll have to be amazing to get it.You must have insurance sales experience to apply and be considered. At least 1 year of Property and Casualty sales experience preferred. Or Commercial Insurance Experience. A proven and verifiable track record of success.My team needs you but only if you can fit our requirements.•You are more of a sales person than insurance agent. We need agents that can convince people to buy! - not just explain coverage.•You can go 90 days without being late or calling out for any reason more than once.•You can follow a proven system 95%+ of the time. And give 95%+ effort on every interaction.•You understand that nicely asking someone their name and address doesn’t make you an effective salesperson. You must possess the skills to figure out what you need to do with “this” particular customer to get them to buy.For the right individual, starting pay will be $50,000. This is a generous base pay but will come with equivalent expectations. We pay hourly, not commission. We provide hourly pay raises when its deserved.
