About the Opportunity:The Remote Transaction Processor Team Lead oversees a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), acting as the primary support contact for agents. This role ensures effective team performance, compliance with service procedures, and the prevention and investigation of fraud, directly contributing to the organization''s operational integrity and customer satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Monitor CSR call activity for compliance and contract metrics• Guide policies and procedures to maintain customer service quality• Handle escalated calls and resolve cases efficiently• Conduct weekly team meetings to provide feedback and set goals• Communicate status updates and system issues to management• Identify and mitigate risks related to project profits including fraud• Process and analyze customer fraud claims per regulatory guidelines• Monitor high-risk account activities and ensure compliance• Lead and mentor Fraud Analysts/Investigators• Ensure investigations comply with laws and industry standards• Conduct root cause analysis of fraud trends and advise management4. Requirements:• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to explain complex information clearly• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills• Comfortable in a structured, high-volume call environment• Proficient in navigating multiple systems for research• Commitment to 100% attendance during paid training• Minimum 18 years old• High School Diploma or GED• At least 1 year call center or customer service experience• Minimum 6 months experience in current role• Pass criminal background, credit check, and security fingerprinting• Compliance with camera requirements for meetings/training• Verified, secure, reliable, high-speed internet (min. 50 Mbps upload/download)• Dedicated work area with necessary equipment• Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications• Preferred: 1+ years fraud investigation or detection experience5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Hourly pay rate of $24.00 per hour• Pay may be below some state minimum wages; eligibility varies by location• Position may be eligible for bonus or incentive based on business need6.
