Creative Choices Site Coordinator SHORT TERM SUBSTITUTE September, 2026 Northwest School Essential Job Functions:Maintains an inviting, safe, orderly environmentWorks collaboratively with staff members at the siteMaintains a clear and consistent line of communication with program staff, school administration and parentsCompletes weekly planners and monthly calendarDevelops schedules that incorporate student interests, and ensure their successful implementationProvides day-to-day oversight of programs and after-school staffMonitors student behavior on site during program hoursHolds monthly meeting with program staffCommunicates regularly with Director and Assistant Director regarding all aspects of the program Other Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years of ageDemonstrates strong leadership skills and team-building skillsMust have the ability to be flexible and to work collaborativelyAvailable to work both before & after schoolAvailable to work February & April vacationsAvailable to work 8-week summer campBackground in education preferred and must have a passion for working with childrenHigh School Diploma required/ Degree preferred Please submit cover letter and resume.
