Nazareth Hospital is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is a diverse integrated system providing health services including five acute care hospitals, three home health organizations, wellness centers, physician practices, and three federal PACE programs. Job Description:Full-time position within 2701 Holmes Avenue Physicians Office Building at Nazareth Hospital1:7 call, including some weekendsProvide direct services through comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning and treatmentProvide procedural services within the scope of specialty training and clinical competenceCommunicate appropriately, following confidentiality guidelines, with internal and external providers to ensure quality and continuity of care Participate in the education of health professions students assigned to site rotationsMedical record documentation will be in compliance with policies and procedures.Maintain an active Pennsylvania physician license, board certification in family medicine specialty, and controlled substance registration with the Drug Enforcement Administration.
