Key Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid SLP state license (eligible for CCC or currently completing CFY; SLPAs are not eligible)Bilingual fluency required (Spanish/English highly preferred)Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly valuedComfortable delivering therapy both in person and via teletherapy platformsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Position Responsibilities:Provide diagnostic assessments and individualized therapy services for students with speech-language needsDevelop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with educational staffMaintain detailed and compliant documentation of student progress and therapy sessionsOffer support and guidance to families and staff to maximize student outcomesParticipate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal settingAdapt strategies to meet the needs of a diverse, multicultural student bodyWork two days per week, with flexibility to schedule sessions on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday Experience the satisfaction of making a direct difference for children in a collaborative and supportive school setting.
