Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager, reporting to the Senior Manager, Project Management, plays a critical role in Zaelab's Delivery team, owning project execution from kickoff through launch. You'll lead e-commerce implementations, coordinate with offshore development teams, and act as the trusted advisor for client stakeholders. Success in this role means balancing technical feasibility, client satisfaction, and project profitability.Your Key ResponsibilitiesLead e-commerce projects using Agile/Waterfall techniques that have been adapted to the best practices we have developed to meet our clients' needsFacilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityWork alongside an offshore development team leading sprint planning, daily standups, and other project activities as neededServe as primary point of contact for client stakeholders, executives, and internal team membersMaintain the tools and documentation required for Zaelab's implementation projectsReport project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesSuccessfully manage relationships with clients and team membersCollaborate within the Project Management team to continuously improve solutions and processesStrive to understand the technology systems and e-commerce industry that Zaelab supportsRequirements5+ years' experience as a Project Manager for e-commerce projectsExperience with any of the following: ServiceNow, CPQ, Shopify, BigCommerce, or other e-commerce solutions2+ years' experience with a Consulting/Professional Services companyExperience working with Agile/Waterfall methodologiesExperience working with multinational teams from USA, Eastern Europe, IndiaExperience leading teams using Agile Scrum practicesSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands‐on experience in software development and web technologiesLeadership skills and proven ability to own a project from start to finishExcellent client‐facing skillsExcellent analytical skills and experience creating JIRA dashboards; AIO or Tableau experience preferredStrong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices; Jira experience preferredSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‐taskingInterest in the technology space and willingness to stay up to date on new technologies and best practicesAbility to work independently in a fast‐paced team environmentBachelor's degree or Master's degree preferredBenefitsWhy you'll love working here:Unlimited Vacation/PTOFull Health Benefits and 401k Fixed Percentage Plan (USA only) RRSP (Canada)Fully remote and distributed teamsPaid Parental LeaveOngoing training and education opportunities0% Bureaucracy Culture – Focus is on responsibilities, not titleZaelab is proud to be an equal‐opportunity employer.
