In this role you will reimagine how our Team Members discover information, connect with the organization and engage with our internal digital ecosystem, bringing together creative vision, thoughtful design, technology and insights to continually raise the bar.\n\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead the development of new platform capabilities, translating business needs into user flows and requirements in partnership with Engineering.\nLeverage analytics, user behavior and Team Member feedback to identify opportunities and continuously improve usability, discoverability and engagement.\nCultivate strong cross-functional partnerships while empowering content owners and editors to deliver an exceptional Team Member experience.\nDrive the ongoing evolution of the platform, removing friction and advancing functionality, accessibility and content effectiveness.\nElevate the quality and consistency of the experience by championing RH brand standards, content guidelines and governance across the platform.\n\nOUR REQUIREMENTS\n3+ years of experience shaping content and digital experiences for intranets, employee portals, websites, and other digital experience platforms\nStrong knowledge of user experience, information architecture, content governance, and content lifecycle practices, with a focus on simplifying complex challenges\nDemonstrated experience translating analytics, user feedback, and business needs into thoughtful improvements that increase discoverability, engagement, and ease of use\nElevated visual sensibility and graphic design capabilities, with a commitment to quality and exceptional attention to detail\nProficient in Mac OS, Google suite, and Microsoft office suite; experience in Igloo/AppSpace and Canva is a plus\nAn effective communicator and collaborator who can articulate ideas, build strong cross-functional relationships and brings a thoughtful, improvement-focused approach to their work\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nFrequent periods working at a computer and engaging with digital platforms\nFrequent communication and collaboration with Team Members and cross-functional partners, both in person and through digital channels\n\nRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.\n\nAt RH, we are committed to promoting pay equity.
