Responsibilities include organizing inventory, stocking materials, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the field team has everything needed to complete jobs successfully.\r\nWarehouse Responsibilities\r\nManage daily warehouse operations and maintain organization\r\nReceive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materials\r\nStock installer trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morning\r\nMaintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages\r\nKeep warehouse clean, safe, and operational at all times\r\nAssist with loading and unloading products and deliveries\r\nSupport technicians and installers with job preparation\r\nEnsure materials and equipment are ready for daily operations\r\nHelp maintain company standards for efficiency and safety\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nInstallation Responsibilities\r\nSupport the Installation of garage doors and related components according to company standards\r\nEnsure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail\r\nProvide excellent customer service during installations\r\nFollow all safety procedures and operational guidelines\r\nMaintain professionalism while representing the company in customers' homes\r\nCommunicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progress\r\nOther duties as assigned\r\nCompensation\r\n$19-$21 per hour\r\nOpportunity to increase overall earnings through productivity and performance\r\nQualifications\r\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\r\nComfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment\r\nAbility to lift heavy materials and equipment\r\nMechanical aptitude and willingness to learn installation skills\r\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred\r\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\r\nWarehouse, construction, delivery, or garage door experience is a plus, but not required\r\nWilling to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and motivation to grow\r\nMust be willing to travel throughout the NY area to support different locations and job sites as needed\r\nWhy Join Precision Garage Door Service?\r\nAt Precision Garage Door Service, we believe our employees are the foundation of our success.
