Die Set Up Technician - 3rd Shift

Essential Duties - Clean die components Clean and organize department Assemble and disassemble die component Perform in-house die repairs/replacements Use work instructions and set-up sheets Read and interpret blueprints Complete processing and production documents Use of hand tools and measuring equipment Overhead crane Lift Truck operation On-the-job training provided External qualifications required - Ability to pass 5-panel drug screen, urine or saliva through the staffing company Reliable Transportation Internal qualifications required - Mandatory Company Orientation Safety Policy & Procedure Must pass the following tests upon direct hire: Lift 50 pounds 20/40 vision, corrective lenses allowed 9-panel drug screen, urine or saliva Viking Forge is one of the largest closed-die forging companies in the U.S., thriving in a rapidly changing industry with increasing global competition, shorter product life cycles, and advanced automation and robotics.
