In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems for residential customers while providing exceptional customer service and upholding our company values.The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, skilled in troubleshooting, and committed to doing quality work. You must be able to work independently, communicate well with customers, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Experience with wells, pumps, sewer, and septic systems is a plus but not required — we are willing to train the right person.QualificationsProficiency in Plumbing and Pipe installation, repair, and replacementExperience in Maintenance and Repair of residential and commercial plumbing systemsStrong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and interact with clientsState plumbing license or certification is preferredKnowledge of safety standards and compliance with local plumbing codesHigh school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing is a plusResidential service plumbing experience preferredStrong troubleshooting and customer service skillsValid driver’s license and clean recordAbility to work independently and manage daily workloadPositive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
