We are hiring a Field Marketing Director to join our dynamic Marketing Team.The Field Marketing Director's primary goal is to drive patient growth across Axia Women’s Health care centers through strong field partnership, strategic prioritization, and scalable marketing execution. This role serves as the senior Marketing partner to Operations and clinical leadership, helping assess business opportunities, align resources against organizational priorities, and implement localized marketing programs across the organization. Responsibilities include leading field marketing efforts in support of both OB/GYN and Expanded Care services, developing scalable marketing playbooks and processes, and ensuring consistent execution across care centers and markets. This role requires a strong operator and relationship-builder capable of balancing strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Field Leadership & Partnership Serve as the senior Marketing liaison to Operations, providers, and care center leadership across the organization Build strong relationships and credibility with field stakeholders through thoughtful partnership, communication, and execution Assess business opportunities and care center needs in order to identify appropriate marketing support and growth strategies Partner with Operations leadership to align Marketing resources and initiatives against organizational priorities Communicate priorities, recommendations, and timelines clearly and effectively across stakeholders Marketing Strategy & Execution Lead the development and execution of localized marketing plans and initiatives in support of priority care centers and Expanded Care offerings Develop and maintain scalable marketing playbooks, programs, and processes designed to support recurring business needs across the organization Partner closely with Digital Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives across channels Support provider launches, new services, and other strategic growth initiatives as required Monitor performance and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders Process & Team Leadership Help establish and maintain scalable workflows, prioritization structures, and operating processes across field marketing activities Balance responsiveness with strong prioritization discipline in a high-volume environment with competing business needs Lead and develop Field Marketing team members while helping foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness across field marketing support and execution Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise Field Marketing team members and/or other resources supporting field marketing initiatives across the organization Provide coaching, prioritization guidance, and performance management support as required Skills Strong strategic thinking and business acumen Excellent relationship-building and communication skills Strong prioritization and organizational capabilities Ability to operate effectively across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities Strong project management and execution skills Ability to assess business situations and develop practical marketing solutions Collaborative leadership style with strong people management capabilities Experience & Education Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Minimum of 7 years relevant job experience Prior people leadership experience required Experience supporting multi-location or distributed consumer service businesses required Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or franchise environments preferred Work & Travel Remote (Eastern Time Zone) with periodic travel required to care centers, meetings, and organizational events as neededBenefitsFull time benefit-eligibility beginning the first of the month after startingChoice of multiple medical insurance plans to best meet your needsAxia-paid life insurance, short term and long term disabilityAdditional insurance options including dental, vision, supplemental life insurance, FSA, HSA w/ employer contribution, identity theft, long term care, pet insurance and more!Generous PTO offering with additional time off for volunteering401k with company matchFree counseling for colleagues and family members, including parents and parents-in-lawAt Axia Women’s Health, we’re passionate about creating a community where our colleagues and patients feel empowered to be their full, authentic selves.
