You will have a direct impact on highly visible LoopNet web applications that touch millions of users. You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve LoopNet's software products.This position is located in Irvine, CA and offers a schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.ResponsibilitiesDevelop iOS applications that scale to reach millions of usersContinually evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices that can be used to strengthen CoStar's technology platform and development practicesWork with the team to create user interface layouts for customers and interfaces to backend web servicesDesign and develop systems and libraries that are highly reusable and maintainableUnderstand CoStar's product architecture and frameworks and come to the table with your ideasCollaborate with different teams along with other iOS developers to exchange new ideas and improvementsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or CollegeA track record of commitment to prior employers.7+ years' experience in developing iOS applications1+ years experience mentoring and leading a team, responsible for all project and team deliverables.Expert in everything iOS - Objective C, Swift, Cocoa Framework, XCode IDE, Interface Builder and always interested in learning more and sharing your skillsKnow all the common Object Oriented Programming and design patterns, MVC, MVVM, Dependency Injection and more.Preferred Qualifications And SkillsExperience with SQL databases and full stack developmentLove mobile applications and know how to make them engagingUnderstand how to turn ideas and code into the perfect customer experienceWhen you join CoStar Group, you'll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
