Role BriefThe Digital & Technology Leader(Solution Architect) will be responsible for supporting the go-to-market efforts of Engineering function, while working closely with the sales and delivery teams.The role will be client facing helping drive GTM discussions along with the Sales teams.The role will focus on the clients in Med devices, Drug Manufacturing, Automotive industry.The main focus of this role will be to sell Data + Engineering process related solutions, underlined with AI. An expert, who can bring his knowledge in digital ecosystem strategy to execution :The leader will apply digital technology solutions to the engineering processes and build a consultative approach for lead generation.The leader is responsible for growth with two important KRAs one to build tech solutions pipeline and two is to win the deals.The leader will execute this role with the help of local sales team in the USA.Responsibilities :The DTG Lead would contribute to leverage the Cyient value proposition to drive technology led growth in the sector and have significant business development and market understanding.Will take Pipeline & Order Intake target for growth in Digital across Key sectors in the USA.Work closely with Sales & Account Management to identify/create, qualify and drive to opportunity closure in the Med devices, Drug mfg, Automotive sectors.Shape and solution digital engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts as relevant.Develop compelling value propositions with key stakeholders (CTO/ Engineering/ Product Digital Org.);Client relationship management and networking with Client ́s R&D peers: Forging strong relationshipsBuild trusted advisor relationships and influential partnerships with client ́s R&D peer architect/SMEs/specialist based on a strong foundation of business and technology expertise and leverage them to gather insights concerning eg on-going/upcoming project initiatives/WoW/technical approaches-directions at customer endCollaborate closely with solutioning teams, delivery, account sales team, other horizontals, as needed to build customized solutions for end clientsTrack industry product and technology trends and developmentsTrack competitor's product & technology developmentsBuild partner ecosystem and build a business along with them: Partners such as MS, AWS, Google, SiemensExperience & Attributes15+ years of experience as a technology leader having performed roles in Consulting, Solutions Pre-sales, Customer facing engagements, Engineering process expert working and living in the USA.Hands on working experience in projects on data engineering, GenAI, Cloud platform and engineering domain experience will be a suitable candidate.Knowledge of GenAI, Ontology, data engineering, digital thread, cloud platform is essential.Good handle on digital technologies for the engineering process of PDLC, BOM, Quality & Regulatory, Aftermarket engineering etc...Primary skills : Pre-sales & solutioning, experience in digital-data-AI solutioningSecondary skills : Domain experience in engineering process, quality processGood to have : Industry knowledge of HLS, AutoBest fit Profile : Pre-sales, Solutioning, Engagement manager client facing
