You will be the person who understands how the pieces fit together! You will keep the dependency map current, and know exactly where the risk lives.\n\nThe ideal candidate moves fluidly between the 30,000-foot view — strategy, sequencing, tradeoffs — and the ground-level detail of specific deliverables, timelines , or launch dependency. You are a proactive communicator who keeps leadership, partner teams, and engineers aligned without being asked, and you're comfortable driving a room toward a decision when a program needs one, even across teams you don't formally manage.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nOwn end-to-end program management for initiatives spanning Frame.io and Adobe platform teams (Adobe Unified Platform, Adobe.com, Identity, Pricing Operations, and others), from planning through launch.\n\nBuild and maintain the technical dependency map and schedules between Frame.io and underlying Adobe platform services; proactively surface conflicts, sequencing risks, and blocking dependencies before they become critical-path problems.\n\nTranslate ambiguous, strategic goals into structured project plans with clear achievements, owners, and success criteria — and track execution against them in detail.\n\nDrive cross-organizational decisions and broker agreements among Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Pricing Operations, Support, and Sales especially when priorities conflict.\n\nLead proactive, executive-ready communication up, down, and across the organization — status updates, risk call-outs , decision— tailored to each audience.\n\nIdentify risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans across multiple concurrent programs.\n\nEstablish and evolve operating rhythms, planning processes, and governance that scale with program complexity.\n\nPartner with Product and Engineering to understand technical tradeoffs deeply enough to represent them accurately to non-technical partners, and vice versa.\n\nManage change: adjust plans as scope, timelines, or partner commitments shift, and clearly communicate the impact.\n\nMentor and support other program managers; contribute to program management practice and tooling across the team.\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n\n8–10+ years of program or technical program management experience, ideally spanning both product-facing and platform/infrastructure-facing work.\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n\nDemonstrated ability to understand and manage technical dependencies across systems — comfortable in conversations about APIs, service integrations, data flows, or platform architecture without being an engineer yourself.\n\nExperience with media, video, and/or experience integrating a product into a shared platform ecosystem.\n\nProven track record driving alignment and decisions across multiple organizations, including partners you don't directly manage.\n\nWritten and verbal communication skills that are outstanding; able to distill complex, multi-team programs into clear, concise updates for leadership.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to hold both strategic context and execution-level detail simultaneously.\n\nSkilled in change management, risk mitigation, and resolving ambiguity under time pressure.\n\nProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and standard program reporting tools.\n\nTrack record of building repeatable program management practices, not just running individual projects.\n\nAbout Adobe\nAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
