If you're an experienced accounting professional who enjoys partnering with operations, driving financial performance, and supporting strategic business decisions in a manufacturing environment, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow your career.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nAs an Assistant Controller , you'll lead critical accounting functions while serving as a strategic business partner across ENTEK's manufacturing operations.\r\nIn This Role, You Will\r\nLead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting\r\nReview and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, estimates, and management reporting\r\nOversee manufacturing accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation, labor and overhead absorption, production variances, scrap, yield, and inventory reserves\r\nManage project accounting from contract setup through closeout, including budgets, forecasting, profitability analysis, and change order accounting\r\nAdminister percentage-of-completion revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606\r\nAnalyze key manufacturing performance metrics, including labor efficiency, material usage, purchase price variance, inventory turns, gross margins, and operational performance\r\nPartner with Operations and Engineering to improve plant profitability and support capital investment decisions\r\nPrepare budgets, financial forecasts, and operational analyses to support business planning\r\nMaintain and strengthen internal controls while supporting annual external audits\r\nLead ERP optimization, automation, and financial process improvement initiatives\r\nSupport software implementations and continuous improvement projects across the Finance organization\r\nDevelop, coach, mentor, and support accounting team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement\r\nCollaborate with executive leadership to provide financial insight that supports strategic decision-making\r\nBuild strong partnerships with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Project Management, and FP&A teams\r\nRequirements: What We're Looking For\r\nWe're seeking a collaborative finance leader with strong manufacturing accounting experience, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.\r\nMinimum Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\r\nFive (5) or more years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three (3) years supporting manufacturing operations\r\nStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition\r\nExperience with manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing\r\nExperience with project accounting and percentage-of-completion accounting\r\nExperience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms\r\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills\r\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\r\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred\r\nCertified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus\r\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools\r\nExperience leading ERP implementations or financial process improvement initiatives\r\nExperience developing and mentoring accounting professionals\r\nStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and operational finance\r\nYour Work Schedule\r\nThis is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday in Henderson, Nevada.
