This role will be charged with defining policies, creating standards, and evaluating advanced topics to ensure the Application Services team is remaining on pace with current software development changes within the industry.\n\nJob Duties:\n\nLeads the development of custom web applications and third-party integration points\nResearches advanced development topics and new technologies to determine if applicable for implementation\nBuilds and maintains policy and standardization for the Application Services team\nDesigns operational processes and guides for new technology programs for the Application Support Services team\nBenchmarks a variety of internally-developed and third-party integrated systems performance under heavy loads\nBuilds and maintains a variety of internally-developed and third-party integrated systems documentation\nClarifies design requirements from the firm’s business owners\nDevises strategic plan for resolving issues while keeping the firm’s systems operational\nEducates Application Services professionals on responsibilities and provides guidance regarding effective resolution of issues\nFacilitates meetings to discuss project requirements\nActs as the technical lead on larger IT projects\nServes as the Secondary Support person for after-hours support, as needed\nEscalates critical issues to management and implements strategies for timely resolution\nLeads the follow-up from items stemming out of team meetings\nFormulates basic strategies and develops proposals for meeting Application Support Services goals\nProvides Level IV support for specific applications as needed\nOther duties as required\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\n\nN/A\n\nQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nEducation:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED, required\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another relevant field, preferred\n\nExperience:\n\nSix (6) or more years of experience developing full stack web applications, required\nThree (3) or more years experience serving in a technical lead role on large IT projects, required\nFive (5) or more years of experience with developing integration package, stored procedures and database schemas utilizing SQL Server, preferred\nAdvanced experience with software development methodologies, preferred\nExperience developing for the Kentico CMS platform, preferred\n\nLicense/Certifications:\n\nCertifications in Microsoft MTA / MCSD, preferred\n\nSoftware:\n\nDevelopment Experience with two or more of the following, required:\n\nFront-end Development (AngularJS, React, .NET MVC, or similar)\nBackend Development (C#, Java, NodeJS)\nWeb Design (HTML, CSS, SASS)\nDatabase Server Experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL or similar)\nSQL Development Experience (Queries, Functions, Stored Procedures)\nNoSQL Experience (Azure Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or similar)\nCloud Technologies (Azure, AWS)\nBusiness Intelligence (ADF, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, or similar business intelligence technologies)\nMobile Development Experience (Xamarin, Swift, Objective-C, or similar)\nCI/CD Pipeline experience (i.e., GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, Gitlab Runners, etc.)\nExperience with the following products, preferred:\nMicrosoft Visual Studio\nMicrosoft Azure Dev Ops or Github\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365\nMicrosoft SQL Server and/or Azure SQL DB\nMicrosoft SQL Reporting Services and/or Power BI\nMicrosoft SQL Integration Services and/or Azure Logic Apps\nExperience with JavaScript Libraries including TypeScript and Angular\nMicrosoft Entity Framework\nHTTP Debug Tools\n\nLanguage:\n\nN/A\n\nOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills\nAble to work in a deadline-driven environment while handle multiple complex projects/tasks simultaneously with a focus on details\nCapable of successfully multi-tasking while working independently or within a group environment\nAble to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals\nCapable of working well under pressure while dealing with unexpected problems in a professional manner\nCommunicates and interacts with all levels of employees and management\nAble to interact and build relationships and consensus among people\nAdvanced knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures within the software development industry\nStrong information technology architecture and design skills\nSolid project management and leadership skills to effectively act as technical lead on large projects\nCapacity to consistently produce clean code and adhere to appropriate documentation standards\n\nIndividual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.\n\nNational Range: $110,000 -
