This role reports to the COO and works in close partnership with the Director of Engineering and Director of Product as a shared execution resource.\r\nThe TPM serves as the central coordination, communication, and execution lead for cross-functional initiatives involving external partners, internal product programs, and operational readiness. across teams, leadership, and external partners.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProgram & Delivery Management\r\nOrganize and run execution for external integrations, partner onboarding initiatives, and internal cross-team initiatives\r\nOwn end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and assumptions\r\nCoordinate dependencies across engineering, product, operations, compliance, legal, and external partners\r\nIdentify delivery, operational, or compliance risks early and proactively propose mitigation strategies, clearly articulating tradeoffs and impacts\r\nCross-Functional Alignment & Communication\r\nAct as the primary source of truth for program status, decisions, and next steps\r\nKeep engineering and product leaders aligned through clear, consistent, and timely communication\r\nTranslate between technical, product, and business contexts to ensure shared understanding\r\nAct as a neutral facilitator across teams to resolve ambiguity, align on decisions, and unblock progress\r\nPartner closely with the technical integration owner to ensure technical discovery, delivery sequencing, and readiness are aligned\r\nPartner Operations, Compliance & Readiness\r\nPartner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to support:\r\nMerchant onboarding and KYB processes\r\nCustomer KYC and KYT readiness\r\nGeographic and currency expansion initiatives\r\nCoordinate partner requirements related to compliance, regulatory obligations, and contractual commitments\r\nSupport partner invoicing workflows, operational readiness, and ongoing partner lifecycle management\r\nEnsure operational, legal, and compliance requirements are clearly documented, tracked, and reflected in delivery plans\r\nExternal & Stakeholder Communication\r\nLead structured, professional communication with external vendors, partners, and clients\r\nClearly document agreements, decisions, operational requirements, and changes in scope or timelines\r\nPrepare and distribute concise meeting summaries with clear action items, owners, and deadlines\r\nEnsure external stakeholders receive consistent messaging and know what to expect and when\r\nExecution Transparency & Reporting\r\nTrack project metrics and delivery health across initiatives\r\nPrepare concise, high-signal weekly status updates for leadership and stakeholders\r\nSurface deviations from plan early, clearly communicating risks, options, and recommended actions\r\nMaintain continuity of context so teams are not revisiting or re-litigating prior decisions\r\nDocumentation & Process\r\nOwn and organize program and partner documentation in Confluence and related tools\r\nCreate and maintain clear written artifacts (plans, timelines, decision logs, summaries) that reduce ambiguity\r\nDrive execution discipline through clarity and alignment, not unnecessary process or bureaucracy\r\nLeadership Support\r\nSupport the COO, Director of Engineering, and Director of Product with planning materials, drafts, and follow-ups\r\nPrepare delivery and partner-readiness updates for broader company awareness and go-to-market readiness as needed\r\nHelp ensure teams understand how delivery milestones connect to broader business objectives, GTM plans, and regulatory readiness\r\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\r\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear, actionable guidance\r\nProven experience leading technical programs, partner integrations, or cross-functional initiatives in close partnership with engineering and product teams\r\nExperience managing external vendors, partners or client-facing deliveries, with clear ownership of commitments and communication\r\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a structured, detail-oriented approach to planning and execution\r\nSolid understanding of software delivery lifecycles and the ability to work from technical documentation and API specifications\r\nAbility to operate independently, proactively surface risks, and drive issues to resolution\r\nNice to Have Experience\r\nExperience in fintech or crypto (plus, but not required)\r\nBackground that includes hands-on exposure to technical delivery roles (e.g., project management, QA, business analysis, engineering, or technical support)\r\nExperience with partner onboarding and operational compliance processes, such as KYB, KYC, KYT, and geographic or currency expansion, preferably within crypto, digital assets, or regulated financial services\r\nFamiliarity with applying AI tools and automation to enhance program execution, communication clarity, and operational efficiency\r\nFamiliarity with modern delivery and
