Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nursery Sales Lead to oversee daily operations, manage customer sales, and lead our team of sales representatives. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to drive sales and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the plant nursery and irrigation store front. Oversee and coordinate customer sales, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide gardening advice, and promote sales. Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies for increasing e-commerce presence and in-store sales Monitor and mentor sales representatives, providing guidance and support. Ensure inventory levels are maintained and organized. Implement and maintain efficient operational processes. Monitor plant health and care practices, ensuring optimal growth conditions for all nursery stock. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or nursery environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong knowledge of plants, gardening techniques, and horticultural practices. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
