This role is focused on providing technical expertise in customer engagements, evaluating water systems, and developing practical solutions that align with client needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with our existing business development resources to convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships and revenue growth.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTechnical Support: Partner with business development team members to support customer engagements with strong technical expertise.\nSystem Evaluation: Perform site assessments, system reviews, and technical evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.\nSolution Development: Develop practical and cost-effective solutions for system upgrades, maintenance strategies, and new installations.\nProposal Support: Assist in developing technical proposals, scopes of work, and project recommendations.\nCustomer Engagement: Serve as a technical resource for customers, helping them understand system performance, risks, and improvement options.\nOpportunity Conversion: Support the business development process from technical validation through project execution to secure profitable work.\nField Collaboration: Work closely with service and operations teams to ensure solutions are executable and aligned with customer expectations.\nBrand Representation: Represent Pureflow at customer meetings, technical discussions, and industry events.\nReporting: Track technical evaluations, opportunities, and project support activities.\nQualifications:\nExperience in technical business development, engineering, or field service within water systems or a related industry.\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively with service, engineering and operations teams.\nSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.\nAbility to travel as required for business meetings and events.\nEducation Requirement:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.\nRelevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal education.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive base salary\nComprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Health Savings Account (with company contributions), and more\n$1 for $1 401k match up to 4%\n9 Company-paid holidays\nGenerous personal time off that increases with tenure\nEducation assistance\nEmployee referral bonus program\nOngoing training and development by internal and external industry experts\n\nPureflow is an equal-opportunity employer, including disability and veterans.
