We are looking to add professional and experienced store managers to our newly renovated locations.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nManages the people, product, and equipment related to a specific area (zone) of the restaurant.\r\nRegularly facilitates reward and recognition programs for exemplary performance.\r\nEnsures associates receive proper training and understand their role in fulfilling the mission, vision, and promise.\r\nCommunicates performance standards and expectations, providing ongoing feedback on progress toward objectives and results.\r\nAssumes accountability for all P&L results.\r\nModels performance standards for all workstations.\r\nMonitors sales volumes and adjusts projections accurately.\r\nAssumes a leadership role in educating and enforcing food safety procedures.\r\nCyoucreates service atmosphere by treating restaurant associates as customers.\r\nEnsures the team delivers everyday exceptional service to every customer.\r\nManages weekly staff scheduling.\r\nRequirements\r\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent.\r\n18 years of age or older.\r\nAt least 2–3 years prior restaurant management experience.\r\nCurrent driver's license with clean driving record.\r\nReliable transportation.\r\nWillingness to submit to and pass background check screening.\r\nBenefits\r\nCompetitive wages.\r\nPaid time off.\r\nMajor medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage.\r\nDirect deposit.\r\nOngoing training.\r\nCareer development.\r\nJob Type: Full-time\r\nSalary: $36,500 - $39,000\r\nDonatos is just as dedicated to our associates as we are to our guests.
