The DevOps Engineer shall be responsible for developing and maintaining complex and diverse Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions. This position’s focus is on automation and efficiency to reduce manual effort and increase the reliability of software builds and deployments.\n\nPosition Required Skills:\nActive TS/SCI with Polygraph\nMaster’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus three (3) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nOR\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity\nOR\nSeven (7) years of experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.\nExperience using the Linux CLI and Linux tools\nProficient using Bash/Python to develop scripts to automate provisioning of HPC systems\nExperience with release management best practices including versioning, automation, risk management, and continuous improvement\nExperience managing software builds and releases with one or more programming languages\nExperience with CI/CD principles, methodologies, and best practices\nExperience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or CircleCI\nExperience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) principles and automation tools including Ansible\nExperience with Dev/Sec/Ops processes and related FOSS toolchains\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Containerd\nExperience with Git Source Control System\nPosition Desired Skills:\nExperience with the Atlassian Tool Suite (JIRA, Confluence)\nFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management and collaboration\n\nSalary range for this position $160,000-$165,000 #CJ\nThe Red Arch Solutions pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
